2. Use this content for non-commercial purposes.
3. Share downloaded content as explained below.

Share with your Friends:
When you purchase a single download or obtain an Mp3 with a subscription, you are entitled to share this mp3 with your friend. Delivery methods can be e-mail or mobile devices like CDR’s, USB thumb drives, Phones, MP3 players etc. When you do this it would be much appreciated if you told them about the site and encourage them to come check it out. By purchasing a download subscription you are automatically entitled to enroll in the MRDC Street Team. You can receive up to $5.00 every time you sign someone up.
I make music for people to listen to and enjoy, the Internet is a great way for that to happen but it is also a place were some people feel they can do whatever they like. Online P2P is killing the music industry and creating closed networks. There needs to be a shift in behavior, already fewer new artists are being developed and established artists are trying to recoup losses with higher ticket prices wile touring. You should not post MRDC mp3s on download sites or place them in torrents etc, this encourages theft, very un-cool. I encourage eye to eye sharing and discussion about the music wile enjoying it, very cool !

Non-Commercial Use:
You may use the Mp3’s you download for any non-commercial use (if online, steaming only). You must however provide a song title credit and link back to MRDC-MUSIC.COM, Non-commercial audio broadcasts should mention the song title and that it’s available @ MRDC-MUSIC.COM clearly in their broadcast dialog after the songs have played. Posting your MRDC Street Team links in conjunction with streaming content on a non commercial site is not considered commercial use.

Commercial Use / Redistribution License:
MRDC-MUSIC.COM defines commercial use as any use of MRDC’s music for financial gain. This includes but is not limited to enhancements to a place of business such as music on hold, lobby play lists, mixed tapes and web soundtracks. Advertising and all aspects of commercial broadcast. This also includes non commercial presentations that include logos of sponsorship and product endorsements even if they have not paid a direct fee for representation in said presentation. If you are unsure if your use is classified as commercial, just ask me.

Redistribution license:
Different redistribution license types are available. Site subscribers are entitled to a 20% discount off any license fee when purchasing during a time that they are logged into the Subscription Zone. This is the purchase of a prepared available online product. Custom products can be created, and a fee will be determined depending on the end use. If you need a custom product use the contact link in the top menu to contact me. Specific details and guidelines are included with the purchase of these redistribution licenses.

You may not:

2. Share your single download purchase link and password information.
3. Use the Mp3’s for any defined commercial use outlined above without purchase of a proper license.

Failure to comply with any item on this short list will result in termination of your account without refund.
